European Embassies in Hanoi agreed that Europe has a great need to receive skilled Vietnamese workers, and is ready to support human resource training to ensure the quality of the supply, with a stable salary policy and many favorable labor policies.

Japan has been accepting Vietnamese workers for over 30 years in various fields for periods ranging from three to five years
